The Frontier Co-Founder Alliance is a referral and collaboration programme offered by Frontier Property Management Limited (“Frontier”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
This page provides general information for people interested in working with Frontier. It is not a complete participation agreement, reward schedule or offer of investment. Before participating or making a referral in expectation of payment, please obtain and review the applicable written programme terms.
1. Expressions of Interest and Participation
Submitting an enquiry or registering your interest allows Frontier to contact you about potential collaboration. It does not automatically enrol you in the programme, create a contract for services or establish an entitlement to a reward.
Participation, responsibilities and any reward arrangements must be confirmed in a written agreement between you and Frontier before qualifying activity begins.
2. What “Co-Founder Alliance” Means
“Co-Founder Alliance” is the name of the programme. The name alone does not give participants shares, equity, ownership, voting rights, a directorship or any other interest in Frontier.
Registration or participation does not, by itself, appoint you as an employee, legal partner, agent or authorised representative of Frontier. You must not sign agreements, collect money or make commitments on Frontier’s behalf unless separately authorised in writing.
3. Referrals and Eligibility
Referrals must be genuine, accurate and made with the appropriate permission of the person being introduced. Please disclose any existing relationship, competing claim or conflict of interest that could affect the referral.
Before you proceed, the written programme terms must explain what counts as an eligible referral, how referrals are recorded and attributed, and how duplicate referrals, existing clients and disputed introductions are handled.
Submitting a name, introducing a contact or recruiting another participant does not, on its own, earn a reward. Any reward arrangement must relate to genuine qualifying property business under the agreed programme rules, rather than recruitment alone.
4. Potential Rewards
Where included in your written agreement, the programme may provide the following types of rewards:
Letting Bonus
A potential reward associated with an eligible direct referral that results in a qualifying letting. The agreement must specify the qualifying event, calculation basis, any permitted deductions and when payment becomes due.
Partnership Bonus
Potential ongoing rewards associated with qualifying property management business. The agreement must specify whether direct or indirect referrals qualify, how attribution works, the calculation basis, payment frequency, duration and circumstances in which payments end.
Team Bonus
A potential milestone reward associated with qualifying team property business. The agreement must define the eligible business volume, measurement period, attribution rules, milestone threshold and reward calculation.
These descriptions do not promise a particular amount, percentage, payment frequency or duration. Do not assume that a reward applies unless the relevant conditions have been confirmed in writing.
5. Payments, Adjustments and Taxes
The written programme terms must explain any requirements relating to completed services, fees received by Frontier, payment statements, invoicing, GST, cancellations, refunds and payment corrections.
Any deduction, adjustment or recovery of a payment must have a lawful basis and be consistent with the applicable agreement. Ask for clarification before accepting terms you do not understand.
You are responsible for understanding and meeting your own tax obligations, subject to any withholding or reporting obligations that apply to Frontier. Seek independent tax advice where appropriate.
A Letting Bonus does not authorise anyone to charge a tenant a prohibited letting fee or other unlawful charge.
6. No Guaranteed Earnings or Outcomes
Frontier does not guarantee that you will receive referrals, secure clients, reach a milestone or earn any particular income.
Recurring rewards, where agreed, remain dependent on the applicable qualifying conditions. They are not a guaranteed salary, lifetime payment or risk-free return. Participation may involve your own time, expenses and business risks.
Examples, illustrations and another participant’s results are not predictions of your results. Assess the opportunity against your own circumstances and obtain independent advice where appropriate.
7. Responsible Promotion and Personal Information
Use accurate, authorised descriptions of Frontier’s services and programme. Do not promise guaranteed earnings, risk-free participation or benefits beyond the agreed terms. Disclose any potential referral benefit where required by law, professional duties or your relationship with the person being introduced.
Before sharing another person’s details, obtain their permission for the introduction and for Frontier to contact them. Share only information needed for that purpose. Do not upload identity documents, financial records or other unnecessary sensitive information through an enquiry form.
Frontier handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law. Where information is received from a referrer, Frontier will take reasonable steps to provide the required collection information to the person concerned, unless a lawful exception applies.
You must not undertake activities requiring a licence, qualification or separate authorisation unless you hold it.
8. Changes, Withdrawal and Termination
The participation agreement must explain how either party may end the arrangement, any notice requirements and what happens to pending referrals, accrued rewards and future payments.
Changes to agreed reward arrangements must follow the agreement and applicable law. Updating this webpage does not, by itself, amend an existing agreement or remove an entitlement already earned under it.
9. Legal Rights and Questions
Nothing on this page excludes or limits rights, remedies or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under New Zealand law. This disclaimer does not excuse misleading statements or unlawful conduct.
Please contact Frontier using the details on our Contact page to request the current programme terms, clarify a reward condition or raise a concern. For a referral or payment query, provide the relevant reference and a brief explanation, without including unnecessary personal information.
Resolve any uncertainty about eligibility, responsibilities or payment conditions before participating.
